A friend of mine buys this every Christmas and it is tasty once made (but takes a while!), although a bit sweeter than other hot chocolate. Takes ages to dissolve as it is really chocolate shavings made into tiny chips, not a powder or paste. She tried melting into a smaller amount of hot milk, by pouring the hot milk onto the chocolate then stirring that into a ‘paste’ and then adding more hot milk into that until she had the amount for the cups; it meant less bits undissolved but there were…
